disappointment...well, i was rejected for the Singapore-HK exchange program.
and was really really so sad.
but i'm trying to get over it.
i so wanted to go on the exchange.
the experience i'm sure wld be so fun.
and back to the place of vibrance and life!
hearing all that cantonese.
makes me feel so proud to be a cantonese too.
haha.
out of point.
anyway, i'm sure there'll be other chances coming up.
these are one of the times when i feel like...
i'm just some small little average human being in the world.
incomparable to all those jing1 ying1
who've got good grades, good CCA records,
good Comm. Service records etc.
aiyah, u know those over-achievers.
they are so competent and brilliant.
i really wonder how they do it.
self-discipline? they must hv lots of it.
intelligence? EVEN lots more of it.
well. i guess sometimes we shld be contented with wat we have.
i shld be grateful that i am able smell the flowers,
and see the colours of life.
okAY.
i'm gonna stop indulging in self-pity.
in the mean time,
my nose will be stuck in my books.
