Volunteers needed for a special Christmas Party!Hey all! regardless of your age, gender, race religion, those who are free on 3rd of 18th Dec,PLEASE contact me k? we really need pple to help us out in this event. (yes, i'm one of the organisers too.) It's a party for abt 300 pple. And we only have 7 of us on the organising team.

We are a group of Bizad students and as part of a joint program with the Business School and MINDS, and we are organizing a Christmas party for the MINDS trainees with the MINDS Youth Group. MINDS Youth Group is a subsidiary voluntary wing of the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS). They are a community of teenagers and adults who reach out to teach and train the intellectually disabled of various backgrounds and ages.We will be planning games and hands-on sessions for the trainees in which they can explore their creativity. In addition, there will be a Christmas concert. We require some manpower to help us in the preparation of the party on the 3rd December and on the 18th, which is the day of the actual party itself. You will be preparing materials for them and on the actual day, manning the stations where different activities will be held. You need not be there for the whole of the event as we will arrange shifts. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
