a trip to the future

on our merry-go-round trip in Tiong Bahru Plaza, we came across this Feng Shui Bazaar that there were holding on the first floor. I've always been tempted to have my hands read by a real palmist, so this was the outcome before three $5 notes were emptied from my wallet and into that bloody rich bugger's pouch.

-> which explains why i always tell grandmama stories
2. born to be in the spotlight, to be popular; so you should not be afraid, and grab a mike, get on the stage!

-> which explains my yellow palms. yep, a glass of freshly-squeezed carrot&celery juice for me every morning for the vit c. but i think it's time for me to change my juice menu. yellow palms look kinda scary
4. someone who's good with people, communications and planning.
5. someone who thinks too much. better stop thinking so much if not you will get all sorts of brain diseases like dementia or Alzheimer's when you're old.
-> worrying can't be helped... can it?
6. someone who uses your heart a lot.
-> heart over mind most of the time... good or bad? i guess it depends.
7. someone who does not feel lonely when alone.
-> almost true! taking into account my numerous movie-watching sessions alone and trips to desolate places for meals. and the frequency of these activities is increasing actually. i think it's too troublesome to call up people to do these activities with me. especially when i like to do such stuff at a spur of the moment.

you will...

1. get liver disease if you continue drinking and eating late at night. so no more drinks and food for you from 11pm-3am
-> that means no more tissue prata or drinking at night ah! :/
2. get a big business proposal; big chance to jump on; just something will happen when you are 32, 33 years old. Use your intuition.
3. have a bountiful year in 2005/2006. it is a rare occurence that occurs every XX(can't rem la) years. make sure you grab the chance if you plan to travel overseas. travel as widely as you can. my wang4 nian2. :)
-> just nice! going to Peking for the exchange. and that is if everything goes through and i get my confirmation in Nov. :D
4. do well overseas; make it big overseas and not in your home country.
-> hmm... i always preferred to stay closer to home. oh well, we'll see if that happens.

and that's all i can rem from our convo.
but anyway, we were discussing that it's pretty easy to make quick bucks out of this!
just learn the basics of palmistry, which is to learn abt a person's characteristics through the lines of his/her hands, bluff through your way in predicting the future ('cos half the time, your customers do know that whatever you say may not come true), and the money will come rolling in! $10 for 2 areas of your life which you want to find out about, and $25 for all 6 areas of your life.

i think i should go brush up on my memory in palmistry.

Im reading about palmistry every now and then to find out if there's any 'truth' or logic.. prefer to call it modern hand analysis.It's not so easy yea, got to see the fingernails, shape, patterns, there are some difference between western and chinese styles too.

ABSURD. Hello don't have to spend $$ to know that excessive drinking gives you liver disease lah!

And. Don't stop drinking from 11pm-3am. If not next time, I'll be the only one drinking 'cause Princess Worm don't like and Ah Na (if she ever comes lancing with us) doesn't really like too.
