funny how things turned outi was supposed to be working on either Canadian Pizza or Delfi,
but got dragged to town by the matriarch cos she needed to pick the young one up and get her lousy nokia phone fixed.and the older one had to take a passport photo so down to lucky plaza we went in search for cheap photo-taking.
then we discovered this secluded place which looks like an 'okay' passport-taking photo shop on the 4th level. just $7 for 6 photos. not too bad.
the people were really friendly and humorous too, as can be seen in the following pics. haha.
they insisted on the older on to wear a jacket as u're supposed to wear formal in such photos, which really was not necessary.
with 2 stylists at hand to ensure that you look picture-purrrfect.
plus they photoshop it to get rid of those blemishes and ugly pimples!
then this guy was suggesting that i should take a photo too, and that he will be my stylist. so the older one dared me to do it, to take a couple of classic pose shots. For S$7 and a few good laughs, the following embarassing but memorable shots were taken.
on a side note: a sign that the matriarch is undergoing way too much stress at work. and getting preparing for her 1 week long holiday at home = 1 week of of extra naggings for the kids. sigh.
